Though the trip was short and hectic, due to present scenario, the staff and the management team had made it worth memorable. Every single bit of it has been properly taken care off whether it is sanitisation or maintaining of hygienic condition. Also noticed that Mr. Pratik, (Owner) was himself monitoring and analyzing the conditions and even interacting with the customers about their feedback on the arrangements been made for them. Overall , its a nice and pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Housing staff are putting extra efforts to make things good. Would definitely recommend to my colleagues . Thanks team. it is a newly constructed hotel , some part of the hotel was still under construction. The location of the hotel is in between KIIT and infocity. Room size is good . they do provide cloth hanger stands in the room but do not have almirah. The only drawback I could find out was , we needed to do early checkout so requested the hotel staff for early breakfast which was not possible so we requested them to give some dry food in the night for which they agreed to but didn't turn up.next day morning when we again asked for it then they provided it but the quantity given was less to what was agreed

We recently celebrated a family engagement ceremony that turned out to be wonderful. Some of our out-of-town guests were impressed by the excellent room service and delicious food.
The event was skillfully managed by Mr. Biswajit Ray and Mr. Rakesh Biswas, who put in dedicated efforts for decor, hosting, and meals. Despite being a vegetarian event, the food was incredibly tasty and received praise from all attendees.
I also personally enjoyed the tasty non-vegetarian items which i tried during lunch and dinner.
I highly recommend considering this place for stays, events, or meals.

Right from the enquiry stage (over telephone), about a month before our actual stay, till our departure for the return journey - one thing about the hotel which highly impressed me was the sincere tone of assurance and service. The response we received from the members of staff of the hotel to our different needs and requests during our stay on 6th and 7th of May, 2026, amply reflected that sincerity of service.
The young persons manning the front desk need a special mention here in making us feel welcome during our stay in the hotel.

Hotel Shubham grand patia Bhubaneswar is a truly beautiful and luxurious property. The greenery, clean environment, and peaceful atmosphere make it feel like 🤠. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The food quality is excellent with a good variety of options. Staff members are polite, professional, and always ready to help. The pool table, and overall ambience are perfect for relaxing and family stays. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

The rooms in the hotel are really good, impressive, for the price. Will come here again, when the need arises. Only thing they should improve is room service. There way a goodnight liquidator machine. There was no liquid. We asked them for changing the refill. Even after a day, they did not change it. Also, we asked for extra bottles of water (we would pay for them), but they never gave it.
The breakfast is decent.

Recently I visited Hotel Subham Grand, and although I didn’t stay overnight, I was quite impressed by the overall ambiance. The lobby was clean and stylish, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The surroundings were well-maintained, and the hotel gives off a premium, welcoming vibe. Definitely a place I’d consider for future stays or recommendations.

It is a clean and comfortable hotel, meals prepared from fresh and healthy ingredients, host was polite and courteous, price is definitely worth it. Nice interior of this hotel feels like home. Bed, floor, bathroom everything is so neat and clean. It had also a underground parking. Nice behavior of staffs. This hotel is not so far from main road; all these facilities and qualities makes this hotel a better one in Bhubaneswar.

We stayed a night at the hotel with my pets. 2 dogs, Guinea pigs, turtles and my hamster. The owners and staff was very very welcoming and they made our stay very very comfortable. The place is absolutely lovely, huge rooms very well done up. Must stay if you are planning to stop at Bhubaneshwar.

This hotel has a very helpful, welcoming and warm staff. Mr. Surya Prakash Satpathy is always ready to help in the reception. The food is good, rooms are clean and big enough.The location is convenient, close to infocity, and peaceful too but the surroundings and roads around are a bit unkept.
